The palm oil is derived from the fruit of the Malaysian oil palms.This kind of edible vegetable oilprimarily consists of two common kinds of fatty acids which are palmitic acid (C16) and oleic acid (C18).Like all other edible vegetable oil, this cooking oil contains no cholesterol. Moreover, it favors over 97% absorption rate and digestibility for human body.
